How to get motivated?

Here arises a question that why exactly do we need any source of inspiration or motivation?


In today’s world we are living a hectic life .sometimes it feels like suffocation, at certain points of our life we feel stressed and depressed even though we couldn’t find the reason behind it, we want to cry out loud or we want to fight or to lock ourselves in a dark room staring at roof or to sit quietly doing nothing just to distract our mind. So it is obvious that we need some source of motivation to drag ourselves on the road of life or to do something.

There are different sources of motivations like,

·         book reading : because its man’s best friend ,it will help you , heal you , guide you even gossip with you without any demands ,and you may disagree but I experienced it that  if you believe in the book of GOD it is the best one and you may experiment it that it will communicate with you.

 

·          Music: it will give you soothing effect and you will woke up in a dream land or in nostalgic state.

 

·          Talking to friends: they know you and they will give you advises to cope up your issues even if they don’t have solution to your problem they will help you somehow.

 

 

·          Meditation: it will help you to focus and to gather your thoughts and to gather your energy to bring yourself up.

 

·         Movies: another source to distract your thoughts.

 

·         Traveling: it will give you liberated time and peace of mind to reconsider your lifestyle and give you new ideas and there you will meet new people.

 

but frankly speaking ,in my opinion many practices that we do to attain calmness or to get motivated are just methods of fidgeting or as we can say methods to distract our thoughts.

They don’t have long lasting effect on us yet their effect is temporary.

In my opinion to get yourself motivated throughout your journey you have to set your goal

And the best way to fuel up yourself is to read books or even if you don’t find a slot in your schedule then read quotes.

There are many great sayings and quotations that boost up your emotions and recharge your spirit.
